Southwest Airlines review by Peter 2014-02-22

I fly Southwest several times a year. I love them and I hate them all in the same flight. They are not the cheapest flight anymore. But they are far and away the best freguant flyer program. I hate lining up before boarding. I love that i can change a flight without a charge, every a rewards flight. I hate that I can not upgrade, anything. I hate ho entertanment or real food on board. I hate the seats, I hate the only place to get a flight is thier webb site, no expedia or such. Come to think of it, I hate a lot more than I love, but I do love there rewards program.
