Allegiant Air review by Lesley 2016-12-17

Just returned on a RT to Sanford/Orlando on Allegiant Air. First the trip down was delayed TWO hours (no explanation). Were going to arrive in Sanford after 11Pm - our Rental Car agency was going to be closed. Allegiant assured us that the Car agencies would be open. I was on the phone with Advantage and they were closing at 11PM period. HAd to cancel and rebook with another agency. Yes, cancellation fees incurred. On way back , delayed an hour. Loaded us on the plane and we sat with no air until I finally complained. We were THEN told that the lavatories were not working. Wouldn't it make sense to make sure the plane was working PRIOR to loading all the people. Airplanes are junk, surprised none have fallen out of the air. If they are NEVER going to be on time at least give us free pop. It is not much of a deal when you are ALWAYS late.
