Fly from Melbourne to Bangkok and return. Everything was on time. Great service, inflight entertainment was very good, friendly staff. Small seats. I am a slim person and still found it very cramped. One of the cabin crew noticed this and said that I could have access to another empty seat if I found it was a bit difficult as I was in the middle seat and I looked uncomfortable. I was in exit seats as my husband is tall. It would be nice to have something to put feet on even if it was just a small plastic stool as it is quite uncomfortable to be flying with feet flat on floor. Normal seats at least have foot rests. Didn't have to wait long for baggage when arriving at destination. I noticed that the staff checked the cleanliness of the toilets very regularly as I was seated near them so there were no nasty smells coming from them. I wouldn't want to be seated near the toilets next time as the traffic to and from the toilets was constant and it was very hard to relax with people coming and going all the time.
