You only pay for the seat in a PIA flight. No other service available such as in-flight entertainment. Headphones were handed out, despite the fact that the crew member was aware there IFE was not working! No blankets or pillows available. Tea was served 20 minutes after meal was given, and when it did eventually arrive was only lukewarm. Only two crew members serving two sections of the plane. EDITORS COMMENT: I hope it wasn't a long flight!
