Malaysia Airlines review by Ben 2015-12-26

I took 4 flights with Malaysia airline in the last 3 weeks and 3 of them were late, including one which made me miss my connection. In such situations, the absolute lack of communication by staff and non existent support (eg:no water given, 1 toilet for 300people waiting for more than 3 hours, no explanation or apologies for the delay...)
