I shall think seriously if I have to fly with Air India again. Ground staff were rude and belligerent The two old ladies who were our flight attendants were tired and did their tasks at minimal level possible. They never smiled or said the words like "please" or 'Thank you". The quality of food was mediocre. The only saving grace for AI was the new dreamliner aircraft that was clean and bright.
