I am VERY disappointed with Air Canada's service and how they treat their customers. My friends and I have always been flying from different airline companies (and have NEVER had a problem with anything) but then we decided to give Air Canada a try and it is a HUGE regret. I will NEVER be flying with them ever again. It is very unfortunate the way they treat their customers. We had a very bad experience flying both to and from Las Vegas and nobody did anything to make up for it other then a couple of food vouchers which does not make up for the inconvenience that had occurred. Air Canada, a multi million dollar company, needs to put some money into training employees on how to properly serve customers and make up for all of the issues that they always experience.
