I booked a flight from Atlanta to Miami as part of a multi destination 3 week holiday in the USA; Frontier were to get me to Miami in time to catch my international flight to Madrid. I had allowed 2.5 hours to make the transfer and security clearances in Miami. I arrived in Atlanta the night before the flight and went on line to check in. The flight time had been changed to an hour later and this would not give me sufficient time in Miami to make my international flight. After an hour on the telephone to theis service centre talking to two levels of management they refused to refund my money despite the fact that they could not provide the service I had paid for; They may be a cheap airline but they don't have the right to steal customers money while providing none of the service the customer is paying for. I thought consumer law was stronger than this in the USA, Frontier would never be allowed to steal customers money like this if they operated in Europe.
