Economy Class
tried customer services -waste of time. Emails ignored, rudest staff ever on phone calls. Promises not adhered to, daughter left with a £70 phone bill thanks to their incompetence. Would rate them less than zero overall Worst airline ever. EDITORS COMMENT: Customer service lines should be no charge
