ADL-PER JQ974 A320 I've said it before and I'll say it again - when nothing goes wrong JQ are fine. But - when something isn't quiet right, it all falls apart. My booking was made on 13/7 on 16/7 JQ changed the fare structure and what I had now included 20kgs of luggage according to the new itinerary I recd. But on check in - no such luggage. No amount of paperwork with the 20kgs clearly stated on it helped. So no luggage. Best they could offer was pay $32 and wait and see if it would be refunded. Customer Service sent me a voucher for $50. Having said all that - the flight its self was great. Pre-paid meals are the way to go. $5 voucher included covered the coffee and muffin for a snack later. Crew were happy. Departed on time and arrived early. No IFE on this flight, but was initially offered at booking, $9 refunded back to credit card.
