Worst Airline I have traveled so far. With the low cost offering, I chose to fly from Australia to India. But they charged me even for check-in luggage (120AUD). Then, my baggage was misplaced, and still haven't been found. They said they will call me and inform. I still haven't received their call. Their customer service is not up to expectations. This will be the last I ever will be traveling on Air Asia
