Aegean Airlines review by Nick 2015-12-24

I booked this flight with Aegean because they offered the cheapest fare but I found the experience thoroughly satisfactory. Friendly and competent customer service, clean cabin, good food and overall very good value for money. The only reservation I could imagine about this airline is that they are not as strict in enforcing order-keeping rules as some other airlines are e.g. in queue management. The bright side of the coin though is that they are equally resourceful in adjusting policies in order to help their passengers if something goes wrong. This is important, because even extremely seasoned flyers make small mistakes, e.g. luggage, which may cost them a lot of money and aggrevation with other airlines that are too inflexible about their rules.
