Lufthansa and the Frankfurt Airport authority have a great deal to learn about customer relations. Frankfurt Airport is especially difficult to negotiate. And when boarding gates are changed, without notification over the public address system, this airline has the gall to charge ticket holders for their ineptitude where they should be paying compensation. Grrr !!
