Jetstar review by Treva 2015-12-05

I have never had a good experience when flying Jetstar, I would never recommend their services. The flights are often delayed and the staff not pleasant and their customer service is horrendous. Jetstar often ends up charging outrageous fees so in the end you may not save money traveling with a budget airline so it is worth paying more for airlines like Virgin for the improved customer service and flying experience.
