Economy Class

So I got an email stating my flight that leaves in 10 hours is now cancelled. Then I received an email that my new flight date is in 48 hours!! So I called them on my cell and after 37 minutes my cell died. I got to a landline and as I type this I've been waiting for 49 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. What an ATROCIOUS WAY to treat customers. I am livid.
