Orlando to Copenhagen: The staff, check in to inflight, were unprofessional, sloppy, & loud. Inflight woke passengers up with their fooling around in the back. Copenhagen to Amsterdam: Was pulled out of check in line and told my carryon bag was too big. Many folks were. My bag was smaller than many who walked right on. I was charged DKK 400 ($60) to check my carryon bag onto plane. Norwegian staff in Orlando put an "approved" sticker on my bag. The counter worker in Copenhagen, Jana, rudely said that it didn't matter that Norwegian staff in Orlando had approved the bag, she did not! So, my credit card was charged. Scamsters! Then boarding the plane a different flight attendant tried to charge me another DKK 400 to check in the bag that Jana just allowed on! They check you, and halfway through your journey decide to charge you an additional $60 for a bag that their own airline approved just 8 hours earlier. A real scumbag thing to do. Norwegian Air is a cheap, no frills airline with no qualms about cheating the customer. Expect absolutely nothing and you won't be disappointed. I won't fly these unethical crooks again. Just glad to have landed safely!
