Business Class

Business MEL to PVG; check-in and lounge were great as always, though the aircraft(s) getting a bit old compared to other airlines. Food was ok for business, not exceptional though. Flight to SIN was delayed and no support to reach connecting flight at Changi Airport was offered. Had to take shuttle bus and run to just sneak onto flight to PVG - older type A330 again. Luggage didn't make it to Shanghai: lost and found - handled by some Chinese CSA guys was rude very unfriendly - got 700 RMB in cash, that's it. Was on a business trip without suit and personal stuff and no one from Singapore Airline to talk to. With the connection in Singapore and arrival experience in Shanghai I am disappointed, considering this was a Business Class flight (9k AUD return). Not a bad airline but it feels they had better days.
