Had a great experience with United Airlines travelling home to the US from Edinburgh Scotland. We missed our flight and the United Airlines employee in the Edinburgh airport, Miss Iwona Slota, worked a miracle getting us on the next flight out. Had a great flight and will definitely fly United in the future.
