Economy Class

I will not recommend Air Transat because of the lack of good customer service. I am unhappy with the air Transat customer service representative at Pearson Airport, specifically with her approach on my issue. I had a previous commitment which I was going to be late for due to 2 hour baggage delay. I explained my situation to her and wanted to see if there were options so I can still make my appointment. Instead of finding a solution, I received a lecture on how I should not be booking an appointment after 2 hours of landing.... which really only added fuel to the fire. Therefore, if you boo with air Transat, please have zero expectations or you will be extremely disappointed.
