Flight from Oslo to oakland got delayed 4 times for the total of 30 hours. No information was provided by the airline every time they extending the delay. All they say was "technical difficulty, delay indefinitely" with the 787 Dreamliner. When we find out there was a flight leaving the airport to lax and ask for the transfer. They refuse it because of not the same destination even though there are seats available. They even offer us to cancel the ticket and get the refund several times without telling us the reason for the delay. Very poor service. No transparency at all when there is a problem.
