This airline is the absolute worst possible. I would never recommend Frontier Airlines! I honestly would rather crawl to my neck destination. I regret ever giving them my business. The costumer service is horrible! In order to cancel or change a $79 flight-they charge $99+ which is absolutely ridiculously unfair. The planes are so small & uncomfortable. I don't know how they were approved to actually take flight! You have to pay for everything including an empty cup. My family & I travel a lot and this has been our worst experience ever!
