Frontier Airlines review by Don 2016-03-14

First and last time I will ever fly with frontier. Not sure how they can even afford to stay in business. False advertisement with cheap fares are met with poor quality customer service and sub-par facilities. Went on a spring break trip on a direct flight from Philadelphia to Miami with 5 other friends, lost my luggage and would NOT return my calls for DAYS. One of the worst experiences I've had to date with any airline and I will walk to my next destination before flying again with these insubordinate miscrents again.
