Where do I begin? All I ask is for a simple easy flight home from New Zealand, how could you mess up so much on such a short flight. 1: When asked for a pen to fill out my declaration papers the flight attendant whirred around and snapped, "this is an international flight you should know you need one" and walked away without assisting. 2: I have a broken arm and this is clearly represented by the cast my arm is in, the flight attendant refused to assist me with my carry on luggage despite the fact that I was clearly struggling right in front of him. when I finally had put my bag in the overhead locker he pushed past me before I was even in my seat. 3: I had to ask for a cup of water three times before I was pushed one without even a smile. 4: The pilot announced angrily over the microphone, "The staff have to move here from a different exit so there's no point everyone standing up now people" I know I did not pay to be treated like a queen but is it too much to ask for a cup of water, a pen and to be treated with respect? Isn't it part of your job? Or are we just cattle being shifted to a new spot?
