Air New Zealand review by Suzanne 2016-01-19

I have no problem giving Air New Zealand a 10. We were flying from NZ to Los Angeles, we my fiancé started having kidney stone pains two hours into the flight. The staff on board went above and beyond to help make him comfortable. They even enlisted the help of a doctor on board and arranged for medic when we landed. After a long ER visit they helped us get a flight to get home. Everyone was amazing!!!!!!!!!!
