AKL to TSN via HKG, Returning booking with CX. HKG TSN HKG operated by Air China. Not very good experience on both legs. 738 and 73H. reasonably new air crafts (one of them with Sky Interior) but don't think the Chinese tend to look after them very well... it's dirty and I felt really sorry for the air crafts.. My fellow passengers were extremely rude, the crews were trying to be nice. Service with smile just does not exist in this country. The food was just a joke. I have never seen the omelette clinging to the bottom of the container in such state! It was green colour and I had to peal it off... If I could, I would try not avoid flying with this airline. But I have no choice... HKG to AKL operated by Air New Zealand and Cathey Pacific were quite the contrary.
