Spirit Airlines review by Hani 2016-01-19

They charged me $55 for one carry-on bag on my flight to Boston. Before my return trip I called to ask them if they will charge me again for the same bag on my way back from Boston. They said no, but on my way back they charged me another $45 for the same bag. When I called to complain, the representative, who wasn't much different from their answering machine, offered no refund. She couldn't care less and recited a few memorized lines and that was it. Definitely a terrible airline and I do not recommend them for anyone.
