Delta Air Lines review by Charles 2015-11-29

They were late on a transfer to AVL and my bag was not delivered until the following day during their 4 hour window of delivery. This day was a wash. The return flight was cancelled without notice for maintenance and I was rebooked coach after a 4 hour airport delay. Inflexibly, they offered to return less than 20 percent of my flight cost if I accepted their voucher only.
