Say what you want, but Air China was a great flight! I took Air China for the first time- and to be honest I was very very very nervous about it. I have only ever flown more recognized airliners like AirCanada. It was a great flight! The seats were comfortable and you had personal space! The food was good, the staff were nice, and eager to fix issues that you may be having. They even went above and beyond to help with online purchasing-which was very user friendly and easy to understand. I also like how you can choose your seating beforehand. For the amount you pay to travel from Vancouver to China - it's a great value for the comfort you get being in economy. The inflight entertainment is great too for the kids- total blessing for that long flight! From online, to ticket purchasing to phone in help, to the flight and service itself, it's all great! I would easily fly with them again!
