737-800 Brisbane Nadi Brisbane... On time departure both outbound and inbound... Service delivery great... Although there could be a better standard of snack food, that said how much food could you eat in a three and a half hour flight... Please remember this is a small regional airline and you can not compare it to large commercial airlines like Qantas or British Airways... Remember when you step on board you are 'On Fiji time' relax..... service may not be crisp and business like, like other airlines but the service nonetheless is genuine and full of a Fijian smile... It's amazing what a smile and a thank you in return will get you......
