Booked online and paid extra for extended legroom as I am tall and my wife is an anxious passenger. Got on the plane and in a standard seat. Spoke to cabin crew and they were going to speak to me during the flight but forgot. Paid for in-flight entertainment via tablet as was long flight from Perth to Adelaide. Got a dicky tablet but got it to work and selected movie. Almost at the end of the movie when cabin crew collected tablets. In 2.5 hour flight, not enough time to watch a 1.5 hour movie. What a waste of money. Don't put on or allow people to select a movie they have no chance of finishing. Complained to their complaints department three weeks ago online and by phone. No response at all. EDITORS COMMENT: Agree!
