I just booked a flight from Sydney to Melbourne and immediately noticed that the times were wrong! And even though I rang them straight away they still charged m $80 in FEES! This is just WRONG! No wonder everyone says to AVOID JETSTAR AT ALL COSTS! ARGHHH!!! EDITORS COMMENT: This is pretty standards among all low cost carriers. Qantas have a 24 hour grace period but ultra low cost airlines like jetstar do not.
