7 hour delay in flight after many passengers were sent back and forth to two different location x 3 times with incorrect information, I join extremely long queue to get free hotel in city tickets for the night and a meal voucher. After 30 minutes queuing in pain (x2 fractures in back) I left queue to see if I could find someone where in hotel to sleep but was unsuccessful. I returned to information desk, no hotel tickets or meal voucher left and no-one to could help.
