Aer Lingus review by Caitlin 2015-08-10

Not a great flight experience: uncomfortable seat with non-adjustable headrest; my veggie meal request made 3 days prior hadn't been processed so i had to pick around the meat meals which were pretty grim. Flight attendant handling this was good about it but other staff not very friendly or helpful. Film and TV selection limited and nothing brilliant, plus screens kept cutting out and having to be rebooted and touchscreen worked poorly. I guess a good flight to get if you want to go direct to Dublin, but not much to recommend it otherwise.
