Air France review by Kendall 2015-10-05

My wife and I travel extensively on many different airlines. We have flown Air France in past years with very good experiences but AIR FRANCE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. My wife and I were not allowed to sit together and no one seemed to care. Very, Very French. We visit France yearly and my wife is fluent in French. The seat in economy that I was in was terrible. I am not a big person but my hips rubbed both arm rests and if the person in front of me put their seat back, I couldn't reach down a get items from my bag. The armrest was broken and the cup holder was broken. I think that Air France has been learning from many of the American carriers. They should not be considered a 4 star airline.
