Hi AirAsia, I am truly disappointed with the level of service I have received. I tried to book flights and accommodation through your site for travel from Melbourne to Cambodia this is almost $4.5K. You have taken the money out of my credit card and have advised me that you cannot make this booking. When I asked to return my money you have advised this could take up to six weeks. I am going to make it my personal goal to write on every blog, media site and social network on the poor service I have received from you. The worst airline I have ever had to deal with EDIOTRS: trust us - you wont get the money a day before the 6 weeks is up - we know from experience....
