Lufthansa review by Andre 2015-10-18

MLA-ALG, When I was told my flight to Algeria was cancelled and I was being transferred to Lufthansa, I dreaded every single second of it, It's an awful airlines, staff rude and surly, even when they don't know what they are doing, check-in lady took some 5 minutes to find my visa on my passport even when I offered to help she refused, on board crew annoying and it was the first time in my life, after travelling with more than 50 carriers, that I saw a cabin crew shouting at a 70 years old passenger because he didn't obey the seat belt signs, there are many other manners to deal with it! The food was the only good thing, it was good! But if I have the choice, I will not fly them again.
