Fiji Airways review by Walt 2013-07-12

I booked a flight on Fiji Airlines from L.A. to Brisbane, Australia via Fiji. My flight from San francisco to L.A. was late takeing off and delayed again getting to the Gate in L.A. I made it to the Fiji Air flight counter late but they were still takeing customers. There were 2 people in front of me that were borded but when it was my turn they said I was to late. I was offered no help, and no refund. I lost my intire airfare and was told "Good Luck" getting to Australia.
