Cancun-Calgary and Toronto - Bermuda, Air Canada really let me down, their ground staff force smiles all around, the service is mediocre for the price they charge, I tried their main competitor inside canada and they were SO much better, I realize that there are no options in canada, that's the why they have this surly behavior, I understand now why canada is so afraid of open skies bilateral, cause they know air canada will lose hands down.... Will do my best to avoid them in the future.
