They generally offer good service, reasonably good food (especially the nasi lemak in the morning flights and the Weis icecream bars) and friendly staff. Recently, i.e., in December 2012, I had two delayed flights,something which I thought MH had already resolved a long time ago when MAS used to be known as Mana ada system (i.e. it has no system) due to their frequent delays in the bad old days in the 80's, they're still good value for money. The frequent flyer site sucks. They had a this site is being upgraded to a frequent flyer redemption site for the best part of a year, and if I recall, still doesn't work well. The last time I asked for my missing miles to be credited, i had to write five times, including the last email to the VP for services (or something like that) before I got them to act
