Travelled recently internationally and a number of local flights with FA. Food terrible on international flight but biggest problem with excess charges for mistakes made by airline when booking flights. After two months of multiple calls and emails to customer service, most not answered and no managers willing to assist. In years of extensive international travel, this is by far the worst customer service I have received. Will just have to "bite the bullet" on these charges but definitely will never use airline again if other options are available.
