Lufthansa review by Andrzej 2017-07-16

Flight LH1348 Frankfurt-Warsaw on 16.07.2017 was 2 hrs 20 minutes late with perfect sommer weather conditions. The gate was changed 6 !!! times, each time with email confirmations. I had to visit the following gates: A38 -> A30 -> A23 -> A19 -> A23 -> A19. Then we were taken to the bus, and spent 1 hour standing there in the sun. Then Lh took us back to the terminal, and after some time back to the airplane with a bus. Nightmare with crying children, tired people standing with no information at all what is happening. The time was so optimized by lufthansa that we have no right for any compenstation as a delay was just under 3 hrs described by EU law. I will not book Lufthansa flight never again. Also, Frankfurt mess is to be avoided as all flight from/to Frankfurt are always late.
