Epic fail by Qantas. Booked business class flights for wife and infant on Frequent Flier points to London to match a business trip (both members for 18 and 20 years respectively) and I am a regular traveler to Europe. Flight booking was cancelled without any warning or notice and they are refusing to sort their failure out by finding alternate seats. Just as well we checked this early, as it would have been a nasty shock at the airport.
