Air India review by Kautz 2015-08-05

The only thing that Air India did correctly was get me to/from my destination. The food was average. Beverage service was poor. The flight attendants in all 4 of my flights Chicago/Delhi and within India could be easily replaced by robots. Not once did I see one flight attendant smile or go out of their way to help customers, only complained about heavy bags, too many people, etc. They were simply doing their job - no passion in doing the job. I do not plan to ever fly Air India again. The inflight screen did not work, or when it did work, I had to hold onto the headphone jack to be able to hear. Movies were same although I flew in July and Aug. I would rate my overall experience as poor.
