United Airlines review by Josephine 2017-04-01

The flight was overbooked and it took 15 min to find arrangements for the customer. THe flight attendants were for the most part, stoic. Tanji was unfriendly, gave poor service, ignored me when passing out drinks etc....she doesn't seem to like her job very much. I will find it very unlikely that I will be flying united again.
