British Airways review by Mike 2016-01-06

I flew Amsterdam - Tokyo with a connection in London. My flight from Amsterdam was delayed, causing me to hurry in London to my connecting flight. I requested a special meal, but it was not available on my flight to Tokyo. The meal I had on the way back was burned and dry, not eatable. Everything else was average. Seats are decent, in-flight entertainment is some-what decent and the crew was not friendly but also not rude. I will fly with British Airways again because they're the cheapest, but if you can spent a couple more bucks use a different airline.
