Air Canada review by EMMA 2016-09-16

Please DONT travel with this airline. We flew from Brisbane to Vancouver with a connecting flight to Chicago. We have flown on many long haul flights in the last 12 months and have opted to travel premium economy. We have flown with Singapore airlines and Qantas. Air canada's premium economy was a poor imitation of the other airlines at this level. All you get for the extra money, is a bigger seat and that wasn't comfortable compared to other airlines in the premium economy level.The food is woeful and the service wasn't up to standard.( styrofoam cups etc, plastic utensils etc) It seemed that there wasn't enough staff or they were just disorganised. Staff at Brisbane were fantastic but that is where the good service ends. In the end my bag didn't make it back to Australia. They promised to have the bag delivered to my home but it got flown to another airport and we had to organise and pay for a courier to deliver it. Air Canada is shabby. Even the uniforms looked old. We flew with Air Canada because we could avoid the LAX circus which was great. But that is the only good thing about this airline.
