Was quite curious and nervous to fly with Norwegian. Their fares are the cheapest of all translantic airlines. Family and friends had heard a lot of different stories about them, rude Asian cabin crew who take the jobs from Americans because they are cheaper. We flew from New York City (JFK) to London Gatwick with the Boeing 787 dreamliner. The check in process was efficient, flight on time, and very friendly and professional cabin crew consisting of American and British citizens. The inflight entertainment was great, especially the snack bar, which you ordered and paid from your own android screen. Thank you to Norwegian who makes competition across the expensive translantic market.
