AirAsia X review by Jins 2015-04-16

I have travelled many times in Sydney - Kualalampur - Kochin sector in Air Asia and Air Asia X. My overall experience was satisfactory. During my first journey, they cancelled my Kualalampur - Sydney flight, but didnt hesitate to change my Kochi - Kualalampur flight conveniently to avoid a layover in Malaysia. Flight are running on time, and the in flight entertainments are cheap. Not much selections on drinks and food, but they looks cheaper than the airport pubs. Seat is not adequate for long journeys, but seats are better for their A320 aircrafts. I always feel that Air Asia do fair to the money they charge you. I was using Malaysian Airlines and Cathay Pacific to travel from Sydney, but comparing the value for money, Air Asia is better.
