Very bad service for young families - again! After a bad experience last Christmas thought we would try Jetstar again. Flew from Perth to Melbourne. Cabin crew were more concerned about selling drinks to rowdy passengers who were clearly intoxicated than assisting ourselves with a baby and small child. We dont expect the standards of a full service airline, but to be passed over several times to appease foul mouth drunken idiots was very frustrating, especially when they should have been cut off. Passengers around us also were dismayed at the lack of assistance offered to myself & infant. Ken - are you on the Jetstar payroll given your double posts of 10/10 ratings and numerous plugs rather than focusing on your experience?
