Economy Class
Could not get beyond the reservation process! I booked tickets for my family - used frequent flyer miles for one. Spent 3 hours on the phone and finally got my reservation numbers. Thought it was a done deal. One month later, I get a phone call that I need 40,000 miles for ticket and only had 39,999 at time of booking. HOW did the reservation go through if my balance was deficient? NICE customer service.
